A Colorful Pastel Country Club Wedding

A playful color palette ushering in the essence of spring for a March wedding at Bogey Hills Country Club.

This March wedding was filled with romantic floral designs and pastel wedding flowers that truly embraced the beauty of spring. For Genevieve and Drew’s special day, we designed lush, garden-inspired arrangements featuring seasonal spring blooms like ranunculus, daffodils, and roses.

The Planning Process

March brought us one of the sweetest weddings of the season in St. Louis, Missouri, where we had the honor of designing florals for Genevieve and Drew. With a soft pastel palette and a spring-inspired vision, their day was a beautiful mix of romance and elegance, all captured by Bethany and Zack Photography.

The couple wanted to embrace every bit of the spring season, so we filled their day with delicate ranunculus, cheerful daffodils, and roses in soft, romantic hues—all seasonally perfect and many sourced locally.

The Big Day

On the picturesque grounds of Bogey Hills, overlooking a waterfall on the golf course, we created a dreamy, garden-like setting. A large, horseshoe-shaped ground arrangement filled with colorful blooms anchored Genevieve and Drew as they said their vows, with lush flowers lining the aisle for that English garden feel. The bridesmaids’ champagne dresses paired perfectly with the soft floral palette, and the whole vibe was a gentle welcome to spring.

For the reception, we played with three centerpiece styles to keep the tables fresh and fun. Some tables featured romantic gold-footed arrangements, others had low blooms that looked like they were growing right out of the table, and clusters of pillar candles added a warm glow. The sweetheart table, flanked by colorful, ground floral arrangements, was a striking focal point in the room, with wedding party tables adding even more romantic whimsy to this unforgettable day!
